If you prefer, please ring 0795 006 4086. Please leave a message if I am unavailable and I will contact you as soon as possible using discretion. This will usually be within 24 hours unless it is during the weekend or holiday periods. If you have not heard from me, please email to check whether I am unavailable as you would receive an automatic reply if this is the case.
Please note that I am unable to offer crisis support and if you need urgent help please contact your GP or ring 999 or go to A&E. The Samaritans can be reached on 116 123 at no cost and at any time.
I am approved to work with a number of insurance providers: Aviva, BUPA, AXA, Cigna, Healix, Vitality and WPA.
