There are times when it can feel as though things are not going well and you may feel disappointed with how your life is turning out. You might feel disengaged and ambivalent about your relationships or work. You might spend sleepless nights worrying about the past, present or future. Life might feel lonely and painful. Sometimes you can find a way forward yourself and sometimes it can help to consult someone who has the expertise and skills to work with you to help you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
I work with people who are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety and stress to understand themselves, to find ways to move forward and to learn some coping strategies. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties to explore how they could improve their relationships. I can help you to explore how to live in a more fulfilling way. I also help clients with their personal development, to overcome difficulties at work and to achieve their potential.
